The paper describes a method for determining a stress-strain state of transversally isotropic solids of revolution, which are simultaneously influenced by external pressure and a body force within a steady-state temperature field. The mutually affected combination of these 3 factors results in the conclusive condition of a solid of revolution. The boundary conditions method is applied to determine the resultant condition influenced by exposure to an external pressure and temperature; the inverse method is applied to determine the condition affected and resulted from influence of the body force. The formation of inner and boundary condition basis, associated with isomorphism, is developed with formulation of constitutive relationships. The problems for a circular cylinder of rock and for a solid of revolution with nontrivial form are solved. The results are presented in graphical form.

The article discusses the option of mathematical modelling of information conflict in the information system and managing the dynamics of its development. To do this, the formalization of the dynamics of information conflict, and without taking into account information theft. A mathematical model is developed, which comprehensively address the information conflict with dynamic control. A feature of this approach is the consideration of pre-emptive action of the opposite parties in the application of various methods of information conflict and protection organizations, as well as assessment of the impact of the degree of advance of the actions of the other side on the system safe from external and internal influences. The results of mathematical modeling can be applied for solving problems of good governance and timely decisions to eliminate threats to the security of information systems used in industry, government and executive authorities, as information objects, and the like.

This paper presents a topic of risk management during implementation of major industry projects in atomic energetics, including international market based on information and semantic field usage. The information risks register for atomic energetics international projects is presented. The analysis of information and semantic field as part of a research of impact on Hungary's Paks-2 NPP implementation is performed. Project risks are evaluated, and economic efficiency is determined for two scenarios - with information risk and without it. Main micro-segmentation principle and risks mitigation indications are defined. Proposed scheme of decision support system. Author acknowledges support from the MEPhI Academic Excellence Project (Contract No. 02.a03.21.0005).

Kinetic models approach is one of the main methods for studying the mechanisms of chemical reactions that underlie any chemical-technological process. Its aim is to determine the kinetic parameters of individual reaction stages. The object of investigation in such problems are systems of differential equations the parameters for which must be established. Similar problems belong to the class of inverse coefficient problems. Their characteristic feature is a small amount of experimental data, which often does not allow the use of statistical methods for processing available information. A method for the parametric identification of kinetic models that extends L.V. Kantorovich approach that allows to define exact bilateral boundaries for the parameters of interest, is presented in this paper. It was tested on the example of constructing a kinetic model of the process for synthesizing 4-tert-butylpyrocatechol. The obtained results made it possible to determine the optimal mode of oxidant supply in the investigated reaction.

Analysis of personnel risks is one of the important tasks in personnel management. Staff turnover is one of the pressing topics in human resource management. The article analyzes the possible causes of staff turnover in a machine-building enterprise, taking into account various variables. To better understand the nature of the relationships between the variables, a correlation matrix was constructed. The created model based on the random tree algorithm allowed to develop a classification of employees with the characteristics of a possible departure from the company.

We have considered the design of electric arc plasma installation, called plasmatron, with a vertical working chamber, enable the production of high-temperature plasma during the combustion of the plasma gas passing through the electric arc. The plasma torch is designed for utilization of carbon-containing wastes and slurries of processing industries. Famous electric arc plasma systems have some disadvantages, the main of which are the complexity of the design and the complexity of regulating the performance of the installation that produces plasma. The peculiarity of the proposed plasma torch is the effect of an external electromagnetic field on the arc. This allows the arc to be pulled out and out of the tubular housing. The equation describing the arc current change in dynamic modes is given. The experimental electric arc installation for plasma generation is considered, the results of experiments are analyzed. The role of the control and information-measuring system to ensure the normal operation of the installation is shown.

This paper describes a tool that allows you to quickly and easily get a compact topology of a planar microwave device. The description was based on a conventional 2 GHz coupler. The whole approach to miniaturization of the coupler is to synthesize the necessary structures. These structures consist of a combination of an inductive and capacitive element, this allows you to get similar characteristics with a conventional line, but the structure has a significantly shorter length. The installation of such structures in place of the segments and allows for the miniaturization procedure. However, of course, with miniaturization, a negative effect arises of changing the frequency characteristics, in the direction of their deterioration.

The construction and application of mathematical models is the main means of knowledge of each science. Currently mathematical models along with physical and chemical are a powerful tool in the study of biological problems. One of the main elements in the construction of mathematical models describing the dynamics of the isolated population is to take info account the population under the influence of factors of different nature. Balance considerations underlie the construction of both discrete and continuous mathematical models of population dynamics. If the development of the population is carried out synchronously then it is convenient to use discrete models to describe its dynamics. At the same time, due to the fact that the death and birth of individuals is continuous, the use of discrete models in practice is limited. Therefore the most widely used in practice and deeply studied is a class of models based on ordinary differential equations. Therefore, the most widely used in practice and sufficiently deeply studied analytically is a class of models built on the basis of ordinary differential equations. The proposed work is devoted to the study of a constant population model of Malthus in a nonstationary environment for different values of the growth coefficient. Exact analytical solutions of the Cauchy problem are found. The schemes of identification of growth parameters on the basis of the interval between two consecutive divisions are constructed. Test calculations on the computer are carried out. Graphs of population size change are constructed. The obtained results allow us to conclude that the Malthus model describing the exponential phase of population development can describe in particular the logistic process of continuous growth.
