Abstract

This article consider the studies of the stator design features influence on the submersible thyratron motors parameters. In this article a three-phase submersible thyratron motor with permanent magnets, outer diameter 81 mm with a power of 45 kW and a rotor speed of 6000 rpm was studied. Two identical submersible thyratron motor computer models were developed and calculated to determine the proposed submersible thyratron motor design effectiveness. The first submersible thyratron motor computer model considers studies for an open stator slots design; the second submersible thyratron motor computer model considers studies for a closed stator slots design.
