Research subject: professional viability in a situation of uncertainty. For the teacher's professional viability, it is necessary to consider the structure of the professional self-concept \"I-changing\", which contributes to the rapid entry into a new professional reality. The constituent elements of the \"I-changing\" include flexibility, adaptability, risk acceptance, acceptance of responsibility, independence, psychological activation, tolerance to uncertainty, indicators of subject orientations the trans-situational locus of control, trans-situational variability, trans-situational mobility.
