Abstract

This study aims 1) To determine the effect of work experience on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. 2) To determine the effect of personality on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. 3) To determine the effect of work experience, personality, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu.
