Abstract
As typical crowdsourcing innovation, crowdsourcing contests have the characteristics such as clear task objectives, intense timelines, and voluntary participation of solvers. It is critical for improving crowdsourcing contests' efficiency to evaluate solvers' competency scientifically and identify appropriate solvers rapidly. The competency model was constructed from four dimensions of Knowledge , Skill , Ability , and Others .
