Abstract

This article describes our experience in using performance-support learning to acquire new knowledge and competences by future and current engineers for heat transfer modeling in electronic components and systems. Within the framework of the project "Engineering Education and Science for the Benefit of Business in the Design of Heat Transfer in Electronic Equipment", funded by Plovdiv University in 2019, we developed together with the business a curriculum, a performance-support e-learning course and multimedia resources for thermal management of electronic systems.
