Effect of etching conditions of alumina nanotemplate for copper nanowires fabrication 氧化铝纳米模板刻蚀条件对铜纳米线制备的影响

In this work the possibility for free copper nanowires production by etching of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template in two different solutions was studied. It was found that the removal of the AAO template in alkaline solution cause the formation of a gelled substance with low solubility which caused conglomeration of nanowires. In acid solution the dissolving products of AAO were completely soluble and the copper nanowires were obtained free.

The material describes a developed training course in 3D printing. An overview of the available information of the area is presented. The information was analyzed from the point of view of a smart user. Only the important elements necessary for getting the basic knowledge and skills are selected and used as topics in the course. Results from the students’ work are also demonstrated.

ECG-noise Removal from EMG-signal by Subtraction of Hybrid Template of Averaged PQRS- T Intervals 基于PQRS- T平均区间混合模板的肌电信号消噪方法

The frequency domains of the ECG and EMG signals overlap, making it difficult to filter the ECG noise without distortion of the EMG signal. A method of EMG denoising by subtraction of averaged P-QRS-T interval is known in the literature. The proper functioning of the method depends on how the template is formed. Several ways of forming ECG-template have been tested in the current study, and has been proven that the ’hybrid’ is the best i.e. high-frequency components, as QRS, are taken from the unfiltered EMG + ECG, while the low-frequency – from the averaged siagnal. The good performance of the hybrid method is proven by almost complete identity of initial and processed EMG, when compared by fast Fourier transform (FFT). The presence of ectopic beats in the averaged ECG-template worsens the performance and a way to overcome the problem is proposed

Zero Voltage Switching DC-DC Buck Converter with Predictive High Current Mode Control 预测大电流模式控制的零电压开关DC-DC降压变换器

A Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) Buck DC-DC converter with predictive high current mode control and control system models are proposed, developed and simulated. The proposed buck topology with predictive high current mode control has advantages, which improve conversion efficiency, current sharing, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting protection, single-pole roll off as the means to achieve high efficiency and no reduction of the output current over the output voltage without reducing throughput power. In this paper the transient process at the start of the converter’s model is simulated, as well as the response of the output voltage regulator to an unexpected change in the load. The proposed circuits are developed in OrCad. Zero voltage switching technique used in a buck converter is more desire and preferable over a hard switched buck converter for low power and high frequency DC-DC conversion applications. In the paper work simulation models of a buck ZVS DC-DC converter and control system model has been simulated and investigated using an OrCad Capture CIS.

Investigation of Digital Procedure for Mains Frequency Measurement 电源频率测量数字程序的研究

An investigation of digital procedure for mains frequency measurement has been introduced in this article. The procedure has been implemented as a function in a MatLab environment. The procedure is based on the principles of frequency demodulation. Appropriate digital filters have been synthesized for extracting mains interference from signals and for measuring its frequency. A tests has been performed with synthesized and natural mains interference.

Comparative Evaluation of Training Schemes for the Locally Recurrent Probabilistic Neural Network 局部递归概率神经网络训练方案的比较评价

In the present study we evaluate the performance of various training schemes for the locally recurrent probabilistic neural network and seek for advantageous tradeoffs between required training time and classification accuracy. Specifically, we consider training schemes which make use of a simple incremental procedure for adjusting sigma, as well as methods based on particle swarm optimization or differential evolution in different configurations. The experimental evaluation was carried out in common experimental protocol based on the Parkinson speech dataset. The experimental results show that with a proper training configuration a high accuracy can be achieved even with limited training data.

A simple approach to design patterns identification in programming code 在编程代码中识别设计模式的简单方法

The identification of Design Patterns in the code can help program maintenance and evolution processes: this is a way to understand the design and implementation of the program; this is a way for informed restructuring, improving the structure, and making changes to the code. The specialized literature presents quite a lot of approaches to identification, which in most cases are rather complex and very often ineffective. We offer in this paper a simple and practical approach to design patterns identification in programming code. It is an approach that is used for educational purposes within the framework of the "Software Design Patterns" course in TU-Varna. Although tested to identify a particular GoF Pattern - Singleton, the approach can be easily adapted to identify any other GoF pattern. The use of this approach in the educational practice has had its positive results, led to raising students' interest in software maintenance processes and to improving the efficiency of the learning process.

Device simulators are well-established tools for behavior prediction of novel electronic structures. However, the developing process for electrostatic discharge (ESD) devices strongly relies on tape-out measurements and adjustments on well-known IPs, rather than on pure TCAD simulation results. Part of the reasons are concerns over accuracy when fast transient events are simulated and high temperatures are reached. This paper provides data on thermal analysis of ESD diode characteristics in fully depleted silicon on insulator (FDSOI) technology using an unorthodox simulation tool – COMSOL Multiphysics.

A Smart Solution for Electrical Power Monitoring Based on MCP39F501 Sensor 基于MCP39F501传感器的电力监控智能解决方案

This paper presents a smart solution for AC power metering which can be easily integrated with the home monitoring and management systems in smart homes. It employs a sensor MCP39F501 for real-time electrical power measurement and implements the IoT concept based on three-layer architecture. The developed IoT solution is based on an open source hardware ESP32-EVB development board and a Raspberry Pi platform as a home gateway. The measured data could be displayed on a developed web page in two modes - as a dynamic chart for real-time data and as a static chart for the data stored in the database.
