Abstract

Operating overvoltage appears when a circuit breaker, especially a high-voltage circuit breaker, opens and closes, which causes strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) and even damage to power and electrical equipment near the circuit breaker We analyze the factors which create operating overvoltage.
