The results demonstrate a statistically significant correlation between transformational leadership and job satisfaction with a beta of 0.417 (p<.01). Next to the main finding, it can be shown, that the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is stronger for male employees with higher education. It can be shown, that transformational leadership is a way to improve empoyees` job satisfaction although individual employees react different depending on gender and education. Abstract
