There has always been discussion about how transformational leadership influences empoyees` job satisfaction and by doing so positively influences their performance. It is the main goal of this paper to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction. The data used for the analysis was collected via standardized internet survey in German. In the survey two standardized questionnaires were used: The SAZ (Scale for measuring job satisfaction) and the LSA (Leadership Style Assistant). The results demonstrate a statistically significant correlation between transformational leadership and job satisfaction with a beta of 0.417 (p<.01). Next to the main finding, it can be shown, that the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is stronger for male employees with higher education. It can be shown, that transformational leadership is a way to improve empoyees` job satisfaction although individual employees react different depending on gender and education. That can be explained by different expectations on leadership as well as the influence of leadership on work organization, flexibility and inspiration.

Danes je zaradi hitrega tempa življenja usklajevanje dela in družine pogosto težka naloga. Težave, povezane z usklajevanjem dela in družine ali uravnoteženjem različnih življenjskih področij, vplivajo na posameznika, ne glede na stopnjo izobrazbe, spol, dohodek, družinsko strukturo, poklic ali starost. Usklajenost dela in družine je pomembna tako za posameznika kot za delovno organizacijo. Prispevek na podlagi preučevane literature in prejšnjih raziskav predstavlja pomen usklajevanja dela in družine za zavzetost zaposlenih pri delu. Predstavljeni so rezultati raziskave, katere cilj je bil ugotoviti, ali obstaja povezava med usklajevanjem dela in družine ter zavzetostjo pri delu. Raziskava je bila izvedena med 304 zaposlenimi v slovenskih podjetjih.

V prispevku razpravljamo o problematiki kariernih ovir, s katerimi se ženske srečujejo na področju višjega managementa. Še posebej so nas pritegnile ovire, ki jih mnogi enačijo s steklenim stropom, saj so sestavljene iz stereotipov in predsodkov. Prav dejstvo, da še vedno zasledimo nižjo udeležbo žensk v višjem managementu, nas je vodilo v raziskovanje ovir, ki naj bi zavirale napredovanje žensk na vodstvene položaje. Raziskavo smo izvedli z anketiranjem žensk na višjih položajih v Sloveniji, in sicer v podjetjih, ki imajo več kot 250 zaposlenih. Rezultati raziskave so nam omogočili odgovoriti na vprašanje, ali se ženske v višjem managementu na svoji karierni poti srečujejo s steklenim stropom in v kakšni obliki. Prispevek zaključimo s sklepnimi mislimi in predlogi za izboljšanje stanja na področju razvoja kariere žensk v višjem managementu.

Today, it is necessary for each individual to obtain the abilities of using modern computer techniques in order to lead an independent and creative professional and social life. The area of Teachers' Computer and Internet Literacy in Slovenia hasn’t been researched much yet. We have come out of the research problem that despite fostering ICT and EU investment in digital literacy of teachers, they are still not enough qualified for the use of ICT. In this article we have written the results from a research of teachers’ computer and internet Literacy. In theoretical part, we have presented the observation of different kinds of literacy in EU and initiatives to increase Computer and internet Literacy. In the empirical part of work, we have concentrated on the research of Computer and Internet Literacy of teachers at primary schools. In the survey that we have done among primary school teachers, we have compared the obtained data from the survey with Eurostat data. The analysed data was whit the programme for statistical analysis, statistically analysed. At the end of our work, we set guidelines for further research with a new method.

The developed credit score model represents an innovative and advanced way in the credit rating process that uses both financial and qualitative indicators in estimating creditworthiness. in order to develop the model a research has been carried out in the croatian banking sector and among the consulting companies involved in the process of creditworthiness. the model has been developed based on the findings and conclusions from the conducted research and contributes in the economic science, specifically in the field of innovation and competitiveness. The balance sheet data and the indicators originating from the financial statements can be used to determine how a company was performing in the past and how successful it was. But this information tells us very little about the quality of management, market share, company plans, production process, organizational structure, etc. and nothing about the directions in which the company is developing. This means that during the process of evaluation of creditworthiness a risk analyst needs much more information than the annual financial statements can provide. That is why qualitative factors must be also considered when estimating creditworthiness. The aim of this paper is to research the importance of the common use of the proposed qualitative and financial indicators in the process of estimating creditworthiness, and, in addition, to propose a model based on the resulting research findings. In the proposed credit score model, the final credit rating is determined by the synthesis and common scoring of financial and qualitative indicators, which ultimately reflects internal and external factors that directly affect the operations of any business entity. The proposed model will certainly allow a simpler and better rating score of small, medium and large companies, and with its simplicity it will contribute to the analysis of each business entity. In the model itself, the optimal choice of financial and qualitative indicators and their weighted values were used to make a more reliable credit rating score considering the internal and external factors affecting the business. Determining credit rating by applying financial and qualitative indicators provides comprehensive and credible information about the business entity and its business risks and thus allows the making of punctual and correct business decisions, i.e. wrong business decisions are prevented.

This study compares vocational college learners’ selfassessments of their abilities and their performances with their actual examination results. Until now, the ability to self-assess has principally only been addressed in the primary school sector. However, it is of central importance specifically in the vocational college sector, where the focus is on career choice. We hypothesize that 1. Students with a lower level of education self-assess themselves more incorrectly or they overestimate their abili-ties and that 2. Female students self-assess themselves more realistically than male students do. Our hypotheses are tested and confirmed in different vocational colleges and classes. This study, then, is an important first contribution to indicating the risk of an inappropriate career choice particularly for weaker students. Furthermore, our study can provide a starting point for examining whether the focus on support and assistance for female students in their career choices mean that appropriate measures in the planning of school and educational careers for male students have been neglected.

Karizma je skupek lastnosti, tehnik in dejanj, ki jih posameznik poseduje in jih, namerno ali nenamerno, uporablja pri interakciji z okoljem. Taka oseba ima velik potencial, da vpliva na dejanja drugih in si s tem pridobi somišljenike oziroma sledilce. Karizmatični vodje, prav zaradi svojih izjemnih sposobnosti, pridejo do vpliva v času kriznih situacij, ko množica potrebuje motivacijo in vizijo. Najbolj opazne lastnosti karizmatičnih oseb so komunikacijske sposobnosti, zrelost, ponižnost, sočutje, sposobnost izvedbe, samozavest, pozitivna govorica telesa, sposobnost poslušanja, samokontrola in samoizpopolnjevanje. Ugotavljamo, da je posedovanje karizmatičnih lastnosti zelo pomembno, saj to vodje naredi uspešnejše, to pa rezultira v bolj produktivne in privržene zaposlene. Povzemamo tudi, da lahko s karizmo škodujemo, v primeru, da oseba hrepeni po moči in se odloča sebično ter v lastno korist. Nekatere karizmatične osebe označujejo tudi kot narcistične. Za potrebe raziskave smo uporabili kritični pregled sekundarnih virov, ki smo ga nadgradili z metodo sinteze ter diskusijo ugotovitev.

Industrija 4.0 (I 4.0) je močno povezana s pojmoma Internet stvari (IoT) in internet ljudi (IoP). I 4.0 označuje brezžično povezljivost senzorjev s kibernetskimi sistemi, ki preoblikujejo in obdelujejo signale in jih preko aktuatorjev vodijo do objekta krmiljenja. Idejni koncepti I 4.0 že dolgo niso več rezervirani le za inženirsko produkcijsko okolje, pač pa prodirajo na vsa področja človekovih aktivnosti. Bivalno okolje prihodnosti bo vsebovalo vse tehnološke elemente Industrije 4.0, človek pa se bo še bolj znašel v središču pozornosti. Njegovo interaktivno sodelovanje z okoljem bo generiralo nov odnos v sodobnem kibernetskem sistemu regulacijskih zank. Klasični človeški faktorji bodo z uporabo novih tehnologij manjkrat izzvani, njihova izpostavljenost pa bo mnogo bolj obvladljiva, kot danes. Stalna in neprekinjena izmenjava podatkov med ključnimi točkami prepletajočih se procesov v pametnih hišah izoblikujejo poti in načine prenosa znanja iz inženirskih okolij. V sisteme pametnih hiš je potrebno povezovati rekuperacijo toplote, izrabo pasivnega ogrevanja / ohlajanja, dinamično razsvetljavo, pametno senčenje, obvladovanje hišnih aparatov, ki že prehajajo v področje delovanja v industriji znanih kolaborativnih robotov. Visoka stopnja ergonomskih prilagojenosti je v okolju pametnih hiš še toliko bolj pomembna, saj z napravami upravljajo ljudje brez dodatnih kvalifikacij, kjer intuicija upravljanja predstavlja ključno vlogo zanesljivega delovanja sistema sodobnih bivalnih sistemov.

I 4.0 označuje brezžično povezljivost senzorjev s kibernetskimi sistemi, ki preoblikujejo in obdelujejo signale in jih preko aktuatorjev vodijo do objekta krmiljenja. Idejni koncepti I 4.0 že dolgo niso več rezervirani le za inženirsko produkcijsko okolje, pač pa prodirajo na vsa področja človekovih aktivnosti. Bivalno okolje prihodnosti bo vsebovalo vse tehnološke elemente Industrije 4.0, človek pa se bo še bolj znašel v središču pozornosti. Njegovo interaktivno sodelovanje z okoljem bo generiralo nov odnos v sodobnem kibernetskem sistemu regulacijskih zank. Klasični človeški faktorji bodo z uporabo novih tehnologij manjkrat izzvani, njihova izpostavljenost pa bo mnogo bolj obvladljiva, kot danes. Stalna in neprekinjena izmenjava podatkov med ključnimi točkami prepletajočih se procesov v pametnih hišah izoblikujejo poti in načine prenosa znanja iz inženirskih okolij. V sisteme pametnih hiš je potrebno povezovati rekuperacijo toplote, izrabo pasivnega ogrevanja / ohlajanja, dinamično razsvetljavo, pametno senčenje, obvladovanje hišnih aparatov, ki že prehajajo v področje delovanja v industriji znanih kolaborativnih robotov. V okviru tretjega zdravstvenega programa Evropske unije je v letih 2017 – 2019 potekal projekt Joint action ADVANTAGE, ki je obravnaval obvladovanje krhkosti v državah članicah Evropske unije. Prispevek predstavlja končni dokument delovnega paketa 6, »Evropski vodič upravljanja krhkosti na ravni posameznika». Evropski vodič je koristen za vse, ki se srečujejo s krhkostjo na ravni populacije, predvsem odločevalci ter zdravstveni in socialni delavci, predvsem zato, ker so v položaju, da lahko vplivajo na življenjske okoliščine, ki omogočajo podaljšanje samostojnega bivanja za vse, ki so že krhko ali v stadiju predkrhkosti. Evropski vodič je pripravljen na sistematičen in transparenten način, ki bo uporabnikov v veliko pomoč. Vodič ravno tako ponuja standarde ukrepov, ki so pomembni pri obravnavi novih aktivnosti.

Continuous Medical Education (CME) is becoming a minimum condition for adapting to today's changes and achieving success in professional and personal fields.The aim of this paper is a comparative analysis of CME in Serbia, the European Union, and the United Kingdom; US, Russian Federation and Iran. The aim of this comparative study was to assess the main countryspecific institutional settings applied by governments. Methods: A common scheme of analysis was applied to investigate the following variables: CME institutional framework; benefits and/or penalties to participants; types of CME activities and system of credits; accreditation of CME providers and events; CME funding and sponsorship. The analysis involved reviewing the literature on CME policy. Results: The US system has clear KME boundaries because it is implemented solely by credentialed institutions that organize dedicated meetings with the clear purpose of educating medical professionals.The European Union has not yet been able to reconcile the differences it has inherited from its members. Only "general" conditions are defined. Continuing medical education cannot be arbitrary, like any other organizational process. Everything has to be controlled in advance. Education in the Russian Federation is regulated by the law, Art. 2 and must be viewed as a whole. Doctors and healthcare professionals and their associates earn points through accredited continuing education programs for obtaining and renewing licenses of the Serbian Medical Chamber and KMSZTS - Chamber of Nurses and Health Technicians of Serbia. The Ordinance establishes the conditions for issuing, renewing and revoking the license for independent work, ie. License to Healthcare Professionals. (RS Official Gazette 102/2015) Conclusin: This comparative exercise provides an overview of the CME policies adopted by analyzed countries to regulate both demand and supply. The substantial variability in the organization and accreditation of schemes indicates that much could be done to improve effectiveness. Although further analysis is needed to assess the results of these policies in practice, lessons drawn from this study may help clarify the weaknesses and strengths of single domestic policies in the perspective.
