Abstract

This paper presents a composite right-left hand (CRLH) transmission line (TL) inspired 5-bit digital phase shifter. The proposed phase shifter comprises three cascaded CRLH unit cells with overall eight PIN diodes are mounted on the horizontal and vertical outer fingers of the element.
