Abstract

Braking performance of tractor-semitrailer plays an important role in driving safety In view of the current installation of drum brakes or disc brakes in tractor-semitrailer of China, the paper analyzes semitrailers from the aspects of test system construction, test methods and results analysis. The brake performance comparison test was carried out on two different brakes, disc type and drum type. EBS半挂车盘式鼓式制动器制动性能研究
针对目前国内半挂车多采用鼓式制动器或盘式制动器的现状,本文从测试系统构建、测试方法和结果分析等方面对半挂车进行了分析。对盘式和鼓式两种不同的制动器进行了制动性能对比试验。结果表明:安装EBS盘式制动器的半挂车与鼓式制动器与牵引车相结合组成的半挂车相比,滞后时间和制动距离更短,特别是热降解性能大大提高。
