Visualizing the Knowledge Domain of Intelligent Justice Research Between 2000 and 2019: a Bibliometric Analysis 2000年至2019年智能司法研究知识领域的可视化:文献计量学分析

Based on the Web of Science Collection databases from 2000 to 2019, a scientometric analysis of 416 academic works related to intelligent justice was carried out to reveal the development trend in this field and provide recommendations for future researches. The results showed that the number of publications had increased in steps, especially rapidly growing in 2015 – 2019. Through visualization analysis of keyword co-occurrence network and reference timeline map, the main research method was "Data mining" technology and hotspots mainly focused on "crime analysis", "detection" and "forensics". Furthermore, the most productive country was USA and China followed as the key area performing such research. Correspondingly, the USA institutions occupied the absolute main in the forefront research institutions. However, owing to the private data, which was obtained difficultly by the public, the intelligent justice researches were only studied in several separate institutions, with institution-collaboration and author-collaboration in a small-scale. By contrast, the intelligent justice researches in USA and Europe were earlier than China, but the Chinese government had stronger interest in the intelligent justice researches recently. The Chinese government launched a number of intelligent justice researches in recent 3 years, not only in crime analysis area, but also in intelligent judgement area. China was playing an increasingly important role in intelligent justice research domain.

Overview of Operation Challenges in HVDC Projects 高压直流输电项目运营挑战概述

HVDC transmission plays an important role in West to East Power Transmission Project because of its unique technical advantages. Reliable operation of HVDC projects is an important factor to ensure the safety and stability of the power grid. This paper introduces the overview of HVDC projects under the jurisdiction of China Southern Power Grid EHV Power Transmission Company, analyses the challenges and risks in the operation and management.

Buffer Overflow Vulnerability Location in Binaries Based on Abnormal Execution 基于异常执行的二进制文件缓冲区溢出漏洞定位

Buffer overflow is a very common and dangerous vulnerability. Now there are many methods and tools for this vulnerability, but it is difficult to locate it in binary code. Due to the lack of program semantics in binary programs, it is difficult to determine whether the memory access exceeds its boundary, so we can restore its memory layout to locate the vulnerability. This paper proposes a method: for the same program, input a group of successful execution and abnormal execution data respectively, and then recover the memory of the two kinds of execution. If the memory of successful execution recovery is taken as the buffer boundary, it is easier to judge the buffer overflow in the abnormal execution. In this paper, 20 programs with buffer overflow vulnerability are tested. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective than some static program analysis tools in terms of time cost and vulnerability location accuracy.

Research on the Maximum Speed of Intelligent Mobile Platform 智能移动平台的最大速度研究

Intelligent mobile platform is the key equipment of automatic driving test. At present, it mainly depends on imports. It is of great significance to independently develop this equipment. The highest speed is the core technical parameter of the intelligent mobile platform. This paper studies the motor selection of the intelligent mobile platform, analyzes the influence of wheel radius, wheel rolling resistance coefficient and mass change on the theoretical highest speed, and puts forward suggestions for the design of the intelligent mobile platform with higher speed.

Sensitivity Analysis of Influencing Factors on Mould Surface Deformation of Resin Matrix Composites by Autoclave Moulding 树脂基复合材料热压成型模具表面变形影响因素敏感性分析

In this paper, the reasonable determination of mould design parameters for the autoclave moulding method of fiber reinforced resin matrix composites is discussed. By comparing the influence of two design parameters of mould surface thickness and ventilation opening rate on the mould surface deformation in the working process, it is concluded that the influence of increasing the mould surface thickness on the mould working deformation is greater than that of reducing the ventilation opening rate on the mould deformation. In order to ensure the required rigidity of the mould, sufficient mould surface thickness should be designed.

ODOM / DM Landmark Integrated Navigation Method Based on Laser SLAM 基于激光SLAM的ODOM / DM地标组合导航方法

To solve the problem that the navigation accuracy of logistics robot decreases with displacement, a combined Odom and Data Matrix (DM) landmark navigation method based on SLAM technology is proposed. Firstly, the odometer motion model was established to predict the particle position, and the DM code data information was used to correct its parameters. Then, the DM landmark observation model was established to update the particle importance weight. Then, during the improved particle resampling process, a fixed number of random particles were added according to the observed likelihood of the camera, so as to obtain more accurate particle distribution and effectively improve the positioning accuracy. At the same time, the particle degradation of Monte Carlo method (MCL) algorithm was weakened, and the improved algorithm solved the problem of position drift and hijacking of the robot. Finally, the position and pose of DM landmarks are constantly corrected through trajectory correction to improve the global navigation accuracy of the robot. Experiments based on the integrated navigation robot platform show that the accuracy of the integrated navigation method is 35.6% higher than that of the traditional laser SLAM navigation method, which verifies the effectiveness of the scheme.

Analysis of the Synergetic Development Degree of the Digital Economy and Green Innovation 数字经济与绿色创新协同发展程度分析

High-quality development is the theme of China’s economic and social development during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Digital economy and green innovation levels are closely related to high-quality economic development. The evaluation of the synergy between the digital economy and the development of green innovation is the prerequisite, guidance, and path for promoting the synergetic development of social systems. Therefore, this article first builds an evaluation index system for the digital economy and green innovation, and then uses the improved distance synergy model to measure and study the synergetic development degree of the digital economy and green innovation in 30 regions of China between 2013 and 2017. The findings suggest that the synergetic development degree of China’s digital economy and green innovation is high in the east and low in the west, but the east-west gap is currently narrowing year by year. This article provides guidance for the Chinese government and relevant departments in formulating industrial development policies.
高质量发展是“十四五”期间中国经济社会发展的主题。数字经济和绿色创新水平与经济高质量发展密切相关。评价数字经济与绿色创新发展的协同性,是促进社会系统协同发展的前提、指导和路径。因此,本文首先构建数字经济与绿色创新的评价指标体系,然后运用改进的距离协同模型对2013 - 2017年中国30个地区数字经济与绿色创新的协同发展程度进行测度和研究。研究结果表明,中国数字经济与绿色创新的协同发展程度东高西低,但目前东西差距正在逐年缩小。本文为中国政府及有关部门制定产业发展政策提供了指导。

Design and Implementation of Road Transportation Emergency Support Service System Based on Cloud Service 基于云服务的道路交通应急保障服务系统的设计与实现

In order to accurately locate the location of rescue equipment and rescue personnel, and improve the ability of road transportation emergency support service, this paper designs a set of road transportation emergency support service system based on cloud service. Guided by positioning navigation technology, the road transportation emergency support service system collects the location distribution of rescue enterprises, rescue equipment and rescue personnel. In case of road transportation safety accidents, natural disasters or public health events, it can quickly provide the surrounding rescue enterprises and rescue equipment distribution information.
为了准确定位救援设备和救援人员的位置,提高道路运输应急保障服务能力,本文设计了一套基于云服务的道路运输应急保障服务系统。道路运输应急保障服务系统以定位导航技术为指导,收集救援企业、救援设备和救援人员的位置分布。在发生道路交通安全事故、自然灾害或公共卫生事件时,可快速提供周边救援企业及救援设备分布信息。

Hybrid Teaching of "Data Structure" in Application-Oriented University 应用型大学《数据结构》混合式教学

"Data structure" is an important professional core course in computer science. With novel coronavirus pneumonia, the integration of offline and online education, i.e., hybrid teaching becomes an urgent problem. This paper takes "data structure" course as an example to summarize the implementation of hybrid teaching, including the choosing of resources online, designing of activities offline, fair assessment to both online and offline process, aims to expand the time and space of teaching and learning. In the end, we compare the score distribution between 2020-2021-1 semester and 2019-2020-1 semester, and we can draw the conclusion that hybrid teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning and autonomous learning, so we can gain higher proportion of excellent students and lower failed students.
《数据结构》是计算机科学中一门重要的专业核心课程。随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的发生,线下与线上教育的融合,即混合式教学成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文以“数据结构”课程为例,总结了混合式教学的实施,包括线上资源的选择、线下活动的设计、对线上和线下过程的公平评价,旨在拓展教与学的时间和空间。最后,对比2020-2021-1学期和2019-2020-1学期的成绩分布,得出混合教学可以激发学生的学习兴趣和自主学习,从而获得更高的优等生比例和更低的不及格生比例。
