Abstract

利用UG软件建立水稻收获捆扎装置打包机的三维模型
随着秸秆利用率的提高,水稻秸秆的回收利用问题已成为人们关注的焦点。过去,稻草的回收需要大量的人力。还需要配备车辆,国内大部分捆扎机都是牵引式捆扎机,秘书效率低下,这样大大增加了回收的成本,而且秸秆的回收造成土壤二次压实,这样农民就会焚烧大量的秸秆,造成环境污染。因此,本研究以全饲水稻联合收割机为研究对象。增加了秸秆打捆装置,一次性完成了稻谷收割、脱粒清洗、入库及稻秆压缩、打捆等工序。提高了秸秆的回收效率,降低了秸秆回收成本,减少了机械下田次数。本文利用UG软件对水稻收获捆扎装置打包机进行了三维绘图,并进行了运动学仿真,仿真了捆扎装置压缩机构的运动状态规律。
