The study made use of primary source of data through structured questionnaire. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to test the study hypotheses, with the help of SPSS 25.0. The study revealed that the entrepreneurial competencies of organizations can result in the competitive advantage of the firm if appropriately harnessed. Organizations that engage in the effective use of entrepreneurial competency have competitive advantage in their given industry. The study concluded that planning/management, mobilizing resources as well as learning through experience enhance competitive advantage of hotels in Nigeria. Abstract

This study examined the effect of entrepreneurial competency on competitive advantage of hotels in Nigeria.
