In terms of results, the smart development level of Shanghai Port generally shows an upward trend, which has experienced three stages: slow improvement, rapid improvement and small decline. Among them, innovation capacity has the greatest impact on the development level of smart port. Abstract

Under the background of the continuous progress of 5G, big data, Internet and other technologies, the construction of smart port is the future development trend of the port industry. 基于熵权TOPSIS法的智能港口发展水平评价
在5G、大数据、互联网等技术不断进步的背景下,智慧港口的建设是港口行业未来的发展趋势。如何有效地衡量港口智能化发展水平是研究中需要解决的关键问题。根据智能港口发展的影响因素,从6个指标出发,建立了智能港口发展水平的评价指标体系,并采用熵权TOPSIS法作为综合评价方法。选取上海港为研究对象,进行深入的实证研究,评价和分析智慧港口的发展水平。从结果来看,上海港的智能化发展水平总体呈现上升趋势,经历了缓慢提升、快速提升和小幅下降三个阶段。其中,创新能力对智能港口发展水平的影响最大。本文的评价结果可以为今后港口的智能化发展提供一些思路。
