This paper mainly designs visual accessibility website for users with disabilities., and uses the principle of barrier free design philosophy of first application and architecture and industrial design for reference, which is also called general design principles, in order to analyze the problems to be solved of accessibility website design. Meanwhile, it solved the problem of webpage dynamic image visual accessibility control optimization by STML technology (multimedia integrated language technology), and tried to set up sound and image or video synchronous design by SMIL technology[1].in order to accomplish webpage time control. 随着互联网技术的广泛推广,人性化网站的设计和体验越来越受到人们的关注。因此,视觉无障碍网站设计受到了人们的重视。本文主要为残障用户设计视觉无障碍网站。,并借鉴以应用为先的无障碍设计理念和建筑与工业设计的原则,也称为通用设计原则,来分析无障碍网站设计要解决的问题。同时,利用STML技术(多媒体集成语言技术)解决了网页动态图像视觉可达性控制优化问题,并尝试利用SMIL技术建立声音与图像或视频同步设计[1]。以实现网页时间的控制。最后以WCAG2.0 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines为标准,对残障用户的实际使用效果进行评估,并将结论参数作为未来网站设计的参考。
