Therefore visual accessibility website design has become respected. This paper mainly designs visual accessibility website for users with disabilities., and uses the principle of barrier free design philosophy of first application and architecture and industrial design for reference, which is also called general design principles, in order to analyze the problems to be solved of accessibility website design. Meanwhile, it solved the problem of webpage dynamic image visual accessibility control optimization by STML technology (multimedia integrated language technology), and tried to set up sound and image or video synchronous design by SMIL technology[1].in order to accomplish webpage time control. Abstract

With the widely promotion of the internet technology, people are more and more focused on the design and experience of the humanized websites. Therefore visual accessibility website design has become respected. This paper mainly designs visual accessibility website for users with disabilities., and uses the principle of barrier free design philosophy of first application and architecture and industrial design for reference, which is also called general design principles, in order to analyze the problems to be solved of accessibility website design.
