In this context, the aim of this article is to present a study which aims to analyze the use of digital story books, in comparison to the use of traditional stories books, in the learning process of English, observing aspects such as motivation and interest of students in using the tool and possibility of vocabulary acquisition. For this, two groups of an English institution in the city of Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, participate in the research which will be conducted in a period of about one month.
