The government has become the leading force in the national innovation system. The government's R&D investment, as an important means and method for the government to lead the national innovation system, is attracting more and more attention. Meanwhile, as the key leader grasping enterprise direction, executives play a decisive role in the development decision of enterprises. The executives of big data and artificial intelligence listed companies in China must realize that the core of development is independent innovation. Abstract

In the rapidly changing world economy, big data and artificial intelligence listed companies may be the future industrial giants. The main body of such enterprises is the emerging technology industry. Innovation represents the theme of today's world development. To innovate, the first thing is to enhance one's own scientific and technological capabilities, and increased R&D investment is the key to innovative development of such enterprises.
