Abstract
A novel hysteresis current control (HCC) scheme for 1-phase H-bridge (full bridge) DC to AC converter is suggested here. The suggested HCC consolidates the benefits of both bipolar and unipolar switching scheme. The suggested HCC provides low switching frequency as unipolar switching scheme and also reduces sub and inter harmonics of the current as conventional switching scheme. It also reduces the higher order harmonics which may cause electromagnetic interference (EMI). The suggested control technique is compared with the conventional HCC, double band HCC and P.A. Dahono. HCC. The simulation results of the suggested converter operation and harmonic analysis are projected in the article.
