Abstract

Air conditioning loads have the potential to provide reserve for power system after aggregation. In order to realize the participation of aggregated air conditioning load in system scheduling and provide trusted reserve capacity, an analysis and calculation method of trusted reserve characteristics of aggregated air conditioning load was proposed. Firstly, the response time and available reserve capacity of the standby dynamic process were determined.
