Abstract

In order to estimate & evaluate the macroscopic scale of power transmission & distribution network, transforming capacity, the number of substations, line-length and the number of loops are put forward as scale indexes to describe the planning scale; social electricity consumption, highest load, population, and so on, are put forward as influence factors of the scale indexes. 输配电网络宏观规模的定量估算与评价
为了估计和评价输配电网络的宏观规模,提出了用变电容量、变电站数量、线路长度和环路数量作为描述规划规模的尺度指标;提出了社会用电量、最高负荷、人口等因素作为指标的影响因素。以统计年鉴数据为基础,运用灰色理论分析了规模指标与其主要影响因素之间的关联规律。并运用基于层次分析法(AHP)的方法,建立了综合评价模型,对湖南省某地区输配网络宏观规模进行了合理的定量估计。结果表明,对输配网络宏观规模的估计是一项有意义的研究。
