The complexity of the development and production of energy-saving soft-start structures for high-voltage IM is relevant due to the presence of deep voltage drops in the mains caused by large starting currents with direct connection. Currently, resistive and frequency start-up circuits are used. Multi-zone regulation is based on the principle of a smooth increase in power supply.
