Research on Software Service Outsourcing Competition and Talent Cultivation Under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract

At present, under the background of new engineering, there is still a gap between the outsourced personnel trained by colleges and universities in terms of ability or quality and the expectation of outsourcing enterprises. This paper, taking the two types of software service outsourcing competition in 2018 as an example, analyzes the needs of the field of software outsourcing industry and the requirements of the professional technology and knowledge scope of the outsourcing enterprises, so as to explore how colleges and universities should better cultivate the talents of scientific and technological work team to adapt and lead the economic development.
