The study\nhighlighted individual factors' performance, the most crucial component of the\nclusters, intra-relationships and generate innovation. Abstract

The article proposes to consider the human role for the development of innovations in clusters. The cluster represented as an association of industrial enterprises, infrastructure, research institutes, united by a familiar territory and industry focus for the use of synergistic effects of integration. The essence of clustering lies in the voluntary and equitable association of enterprises. Creating a cluster will allow producing products under the same brand, ensuring higher quality. It expected to improve investment conditions, as well as other synergistic effects. Petrochemical and chemical clusters reflect the ever-increasing complexity of modern connections in a business where achievement depends essentially on the individual development of every component of the cluster, including the relationships among team, supervisors, experts, engineers, and several situations created by the delegates of business structures. This article is dedicated to different perspectives of the development of advanced innovation in the chemical and petrochemical clusters. The study highlighted individual factors' performance, the most crucial component of the clusters, intra-relationships and generate innovation. The historical aspect of the development of the innovative component of clusters in the petrochemical complex is considered also in this article.
