This renovation consists of insulating external walls and roofs and integrating passive techniques. In this perspective, we modeled the building’s envelope as a multi-zone building in TRNSYS and we adopted a scenario of occupation for this type of building. Many solutions of insulation and integration of passive techniques are proposed and tested. The optimal solution chosen, verified the Moroccan thermal regulation and would cost approximately 154,022.26 MAD (15,640.60 USD) excluding VAT.
