The basis of optimization is the analytical relationship between the probability of correct transmission of a unit of information, the parameters of the communication packet and the effective use of the communication channel. Abstract

The article deals with the problem of dynamic optimization of communication protocols operating in highly noisy environments with variable communication channel parameters typical for digital communications in transport systems. The proposed analytical approach is cleared from non-specific details that complicate the model and introduce additional errors and inaccuracies. Because the most essential features of the communication process are studied, the approach is easy to understand and implement. The basis of optimization is the analytical relationship between the probability of correct transmission of a unit of information, the parameters of the communication packet and the effective use of the communication channel.
