Abstract
The analysis of the processes of formation of creative clusters as locally limited spaces, which are areas of concentration of the development of creative industries and catalysts of urban development processes in modern conditions, is carried out. The development of creative industries in the Rostov region is considered, and the prospects for the formation of creative clusters in the cities of the region are assessed.
