New Ideas for Talent Cultivation of “Dream Building Agricultural Colleges” under the Background of Modern Agriculture

Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in order to more effectively implement the strategy of strengthening agriculture with talents and promote the efficient development of agriculture, China has made continuous efforts in the cultivation and construction of agricultural talent teams, and has achieved remarkable results. Agricultural colleges and universities are important venues for training agricultural development talents. Data shows that there are currently more than 15 million emerging professional farmers in China, and the number of agricultural scientific research talents in the country has reached 625,000. These talents provide practical development for agricultural production important support and guarantee, but there are also problems that talent training cannot adapt to actual agricultural production requirements. This article makes a detailed analysis and research on the strategy of young people's red dreaming journey in the new agricultural sciences and building dreams in agricultural colleges and universities, which can provide a reliable theoretical reference for the cultivation of talents in agricultural colleges.
