The research was conducted during the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year by anonymous questionnaires among listeners of pre-certification training cycles of the specialization “General Pharmacy”, who were trained in a distance format. High satisfaction of applicants with advanced training in the distance format was established. The most actual forms of educational activities are revealed. Abstract

The concept of lifelong learning requires continuing professional development of pharmaceutical professionals. Survey of consumer satisfaction (education seekers) helps to improve the quality of educational services and identifies promising areas of development. The aim of the work is toassess the satisfaction of applicants for postgraduate education in pharmaceutical education with distance learning during the pandemic COVID-19 and to develop recommendations for further implementation of distance education.
