Data collection was carried out by the author through field observations and in-depth interviews with resource persons about the leadership style of the principal in improving teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah Priangan, Bandung City. The first conclusion was that the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung uses a family participatory leadership style. Secondly, the teacher's performance is still weak. Third, the right leadership style used by the Head of SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung to improve teacher performance is organizational participatory leadership combined with better teacher performance monitoring.
