However, the study of keeping uncertainty of waiting time in check is still under-researched. Abstract

Waiting room is defined as a room or part of the building that is dedicated for people to wait until the specified event occurs. As the name implies, the main concern of this room to people is how they would cope with the dull, noisy, crowded and long queue environment.
