The study used qualitative research approach through which 11 TQM elements where identified and analyzed. The results were used to evaluate and identify the most crucial TQM elements for creative enterprises. The identified elements could improve the potential of the creative workforce. Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the most relevant characteristic elements of Total Quality Management (TQM) for creative enterprises.
