Furthermore, it was felt that the capability to use various application software was deficient, and further training was required in all groups. Abstract

Experiences on computerization in different occupational groups, such as department heads, lawyers, architects, clerical workers, and draftspersons were studied by distributing a questionnaire in a large, municipal organization.
