The research result shows that this method is systematic and logical, and its evaluation process is benefit to the application management of aircraft fire extinguishing assessment system. Meanwhile, it greatly improved the fire extinguishing skills of trainers. Abstract

Aircraft fire accident has the characteristics of low probability and high severity. Therefore, it is necessary to design and study the aircraft fire extinguishing assessment system and evaluate its effectiveness. 基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价模型在飞机灭火评价系统中的应用
飞机火灾事故具有低概率、高严重性的特点。因此,有必要对飞机灭火评估系统进行设计和研究,并对其有效性进行评估。首先,本文主要选取了基于Kirkpatrick评价模型的飞机灭火评价体系的指标。然后,为了对灭火能力进行评价,建立了多级模糊综合评价模型的5个一级指标和19个二级指标。最后,采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,并采用权重平均原理对结果进行分析。研究结果表明,该方法具有系统性和逻辑性,其评估过程有利于飞机灭火评估系统的应用管理。同时,极大地提高了教练员的灭火技能。因此,飞机灭火评价系统的设计与研究具有重要的现实意义。
