The Past Seven Years of Development of the Framework for Teaching Programming and the Students' Results

Abstract

In 2010 the development of simple library begun. It grew to an immense volume since then. Today the complex programming framework called GRobot is developed based on this work. The development process focused on the simplicity of the framework's use and on its effective application in the educational process. This paper describes the past seven years of development and the teaching utilising this framework. There are results compared of the students being taught with the aid of the framework showing the movement along the years of the framework's development and use.
