This Article seeks to examine the relationship between Islam and International human rights and build a paradigm of women’s fiqh (fiqh al-nisa) with a human right perspective using a dialog approach.   The dialog approach in this research is used to compare the concepts of women’s fiqh and human right to explore points of similarity and build a more constructive relationship tha the conflictual relationship between the two which is often in the spolight
