This paper is a review of Islamic law concerning working women. Many people still believe that women are second-class individuals who cannot seek employment outside of their homes. Regardless of whether there are, many of them are still under the cynical view of a conservative society that considers that women's duties and obligations are only done from within their homes. In some countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan, restrictions on working women have even become written rules that must be followed. The concern is what will happen to Indonesia as a country with a Muslim majority. The goal of this paper is to investigate the law of working women from an Islamic perspective. Based on the descriptive qualitative research method and the sociological normative approach, it can be concluded that the law of working women is permissible. Islam even supports women who work to ensure the financial independence of their families.

Kemajuan zaman menimbulkan permasalahan yang sangat kompleks yang dapat berdampak kepada pribadi setiap orang. Hal tersebut terlihat dari beberapa pasangan muda yang banyak memilih childfree sebagai jalan hidupnya setelah menikah dengan pasangan yang dicintainya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tanggapan bersifat kajian hukum Islam terkait fenomena childfree yang semakin banyak di kalangan anak muda. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berjenis kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan bersifat sosio-normatif. Adapun cara atau metode yang digunakan sebagai jalan untuk melakukan penggalian dan perumusan terhadap fenomena tersebut adalah melalui Maslȃhah Mursalah. Adapun penemuan dalam penelitian ini ialah pemuda yang menganut childfree sebagai pilihan hidup ialah disebabkan karena factor lingkungan dan ketakutan yang akan ditimbulkan oleh pasangan setelah memiliki anak yakni berupa hambatan. Selain itu disebabkan karena factor ekonomi yang belum mapan sehingga menyebabkan pasangan takut dan memilih untuk tidak memiliki anak. Selain itu segenap organisasi masyarakat telah mengelurkan pendapatnya terkait dengan childfree yang dianut oleh pasangan muda antara lain Nahdhatul Ulama yang menilai bahwa childfree tidak dibenarkan oleh Islam. Sehingga hal tersebut bertentangan dengan tujuan pernikahan salah satunya ialah untuk melanjutkan keturunan dan memiliki anak.

This paper aims to examine the implications of using the Aboge calculation system for the determination of the beginning of the Hijri month, especially the beginning of the month of Ramadan, Syawal and Dzulhijjah with a comprehensive library research. Based on the analysis of the data obtained by the content analysis method, this paper found that the use of the Aboge calculation system has implications for 2 (two) aspects, namely from astronomical aspect and Islamic law aspect. From the astronomical aspect, it shows that the Aboge calculation system is a system of calculating the beginning of the Hijri month with the hisab urfi method which must make adjustments to match the calculation of the Hijri calendar, but this adjustment is not made so that it will have implications for a difference of 1 day every 120 years. It can even be up to a difference of 10 days over a period of 1200 years. As for the Islamic law aspect, the use of the Aboge calculation cannot be used as a basis for determining the beginning of the hijri month, because the calculation of Aboge is based on the average circulation of the Moon around the Earth. What can be used to determine the beginning of the hijri month is a calculation based on the actual circulation of the moon around the Earth.

This paper aims to examine the rights and obligations of husband and wife according to the views of Islamic law, national law and international law. Using a comparative approach, this literature study concludes that rights and obligations are divided into three groups. Joint rights between husband and wife, husband's rights as well as wife's obligations, and wife's rights as well as husband's obligations. This grouping and also some of the rights and obligations contained therein are no different from the laws of several countries such as Indonesia, Syria, Jordan, Morocco, Algeria, and Yemen which have indeed adopted fiqh with talfiq or takhyir. There are laws in Muslim countries that have a gender pattern and are gender biased, while CEDAW guarantees women's rights by equating and equalizing their status with men. So, in essence, Islamic law, national law and international law both guarantee rights and obligations even though there are differences in viewpoints.

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang resolusi konflik yang ditinjau dengan Hukum Islam dengan lokasi Pengadilan Agama Kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Resolusi konflik sangat penting dalam menyelesaikan kasus keluarga. Hal ini tentunya untuk meminimalisir terjadinya perceraian bagi pasangan suami istri. Terjadi peningkatan angka perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Kota Padangsidimpuan tahun 2020-2021 karena kurangnya praktik penyelesaian konflik dalam keluarga. Penyelesaian konflik dalam hukum Islam diketahui tertuang dalam QS. An-Nisa ayat 34 dan 35. Penyelesaian sengketa ini harus dilaksanakan oleh suami istri sebelum mengajukan gugatan cerai ke Pengadilan Agama. Namun diketahui bahwa sebenarnya ada asas dalam UU dan KHI untuk mempersulit terjadinya perceraian, salah satunya melalui mediasi.

This journal will discuss the comparative effect of the brightness level of the night sky on ṣādiq dawn through observations using SQM Stand Alone and SOOF, as well as the accuracy of SOOF on ṣādiq dawn observations in South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparative effect of the brightness level of the night sky on the appearance of ṣādiq dawn through observations using SQM SA and SOOF in South Sulawesi and to determine the accuracy of SOOF on ṣādiq dawn observations in South Sulawesi. The research used in this study includes quantitative research with a focus on field research. The research results in Bulukumba obtained a brightness value of 21.6 - 22.0 mpsas and with SOOF it produced a solar dip between -18.24° to. -19.18°. While SQM SA produces a solar dip in the range of -17.74° to -19.51°. Takalar Regency has a moderate brightness level, (20.4-21.8 mpsas). By using SOOF, which tends to be in the range of -15.1° to -18.4°. Meanwhile, using SQM SA produces solar dip at -15.1° to -18.6°. Makassar City has a sky brightness value of 14.9-15 mpsas. SOOF produces solar dip data at -9.1° sd. -13.4°. Meanwhile, SQM SA produces dip values between -9.9° to. -13.0°. The level of accuracy of SOOF in observing the dawn of ṣādiq in South Sulawesi after an independent t test analysis was carried out to find out the significance of the comparative data on the angle of sun depression at 3 locations between the SOOF and SQM SA recorded data found that the Sig value (one side and two sides) is 0.475 and 0.950 > 0.05. Based on these results it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no significant difference between the average Subuh Dip results using the SOOF and SQM SA instruments. This proves that the SOOF tool is accurate based on field observations using a comparison method with a tool that has been recognized as accurate globally, namely SQM. So that SOOF is accurate with various approaches and its use can represent at least two other instruments, namely SQM and cameras

Dalam artikel ini penulis akan mengkaji bagaimana konsep pernikahan diaspora dalam praktiknya di masyarakat. Penulis menjelaskan melalui kacamata hukum empiris dan sosiologis. Apa faktor dan penyebab perkawinan diaspora di masyarakat dan juga apa dampak perkawinan diaspora di masyarakat. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Ini mengacu pada konsep dan esensi yang terkandung dalam sistem sosial dan hukum empiris. Sedangkan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perkawinan satu kelompok diaspora atau disebut perkawinan endogami memiliki motivasi tertentu dan sebagai bentuk asimilasi dengan masyarakat diaspora mereka juga mengikuti kegiatan secara umum tetapi lebih fokus pada kelompok diaspora.

Abstract This paper aims to examine Ibrahim Hosen's thoughts on the marriage agreement as a requirement for multiple polygamy in the perspective of women's rights. This is a library research. The data analysis method used is content analysis. The findings of this study reveal that polygamy can bring about the destruction of the household, therefore in order to narrow and / or reduce the number of polygamy actors, conditions are agreed upon in the form of an agreement both during marriage and in marriage. Meanwhile, in the context of narrowing the permissibility of polygamy by making the conditions made in the marriage contract or known as the marriage agreement, it is permissible because these conditions have benefits or benefits that return to women. This needs to be required in the form of a marriage agreement both during, during and during the marriage, so that when there is a violation of the marriage agreement, the wife can file a civil suit. The marriage agreement is not only related to marital assets, but also an agreement regarding monogamous marriage, the rights and obligations of husband and wife, will bring benefits and protect the sumi-wife couple and minimize the occurrence of disputes. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, poligami dapat membawa kehancuran rumah tangga, oleh sebab itu guna mempersempit dan/atau memperkecil jumlah pelaku poligami diperlukan syarat yang disepakati dalam bentuk perjanjian baik saat perkawinan maupun dalam perkawinan. Sementara itu, dalam konteks mempersempit kebolehan berpoligami dengan jalan membuat syarat yang dibuat di dalam akad pernikahan atau dikenal dengan perjanjian perkawinan, dibolehkan karena syarat tersebut memiliki manfaat atau faedah yang kembali kepada perempuan. Hal tersebut perlu di syaratkan dalam bentuk perjanjian perkawinan baik saat, sedang maupun selama perkawinan berlangsung sehingga ketika terjadi pelanggaran terhadap perjanjian perkawinan tersebut, maka pihak istri dapat mengajukan gugatan perdata. Perjanjian perkawinan itu bukan hanya terkait dengan harta perkawinan, akan tetapi juga perjanjian mengenai perkawinan monogami, hak dan kewajiban suami istri, akan membawa manfaat serta melindungi pasangan sumi istri serta meminimalisir terjadinya perselisihan. Model pendidikan keluarga harmonis dalam Islam yang dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan keluarga harmonis dalam Islam. Berdasarkan fokus penelitian di atas, muncul beberapa masalah yang berkaitan dengan tingkat keefektifan model pendidikan keluarga untuk membentuk keluarga harmonis (sakinah) salah satu jaminannya adalah pemahaman, pengamalan, dan penghayatan ajaran agama dalam kehidupan keluarga islami. Keberadaan keluarga yang islami ini akan membantu terbentuknya masyarakat yang bermoral, damai dan sejahtera. Keluarga yang islami juga akan dapat mewujudkan kebahagiaan bagi segenap anggota keluarganya. Adapun objek kajiannya adalah model pendidikan keluarga sakinah dalam Islam. Pentingnya model pendidikan keluarga sakinah dalam Islam terutamanya dalam pembinaan bagi orang yang ingin meresmikan dan melegalkan hubungannya dalam suatu ikatan perkawinan.
