In this context, this qualitative study aimed to analyze e-maturity in an educational institution. To achieve the proposed objective, a study was performed using narratives at the Federal Institute of Sergipe (IFS). The collection of interpretive reports was carried out through semi-structured interviews applied to five strategic managers and two information technology managers. Abstract
Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have gained significant relevance to the functioning and good results of different types of business, including in educational institutions.
