Abstract

If agile training and coaching have not yet worked, consider investigating what might be keeping the organization stuck. Instead of trying to “change’” the hearts and minds of folks, it may be wise to begin the agile journey “exploring”” what resides in their hearts and minds and how it got there. This paper reveals the stuff from which project overseers must disengage in order to become agile.
