Abstract

Through the simulation modeling of the evaluation system and the simulation prediction of the graduating talents, the evaluation of the talents’ ability to take office is quantitatively studied. 基于计算机仿真技术的人才能力评价体系研究
通过对评价系统的仿真建模和对毕业人才的仿真预测,对人才就任能力的评价进行了定量研究。本文在总结现有人才能力培养仿真建模研究的基础上,根据应用型人才能力评价的需要,利用计算机仿真原理,研究提出了人才能力评价体系的总体结构、模型、体系结构以及评价体系仿真推理机的具体设计内容。为高校的人才培养提供理论参考,也为不同岗位的人才培养提供实践依据。
