The research is of a qualitative type with the phenomenological design and it was found that there is little knowledge about how to manage knowledge in general in the DRELP of Lima Provinces, in particular in the UGEL N ° 16, in this sense after having carried out the triangulation and From the analysis of the data, we can conclude that significant improvements are needed and take a group of measures to include knowledge management in educational institutions, such as UGEL No. 16, to increase their institutional growth as well as give workshops to strengthen the technologies of communication and information in public servants.
