Abstract
The low-temperature behavior of optical and magneto-optical properties of microcavity 1D-MPCs with different composition of substituted YIG films as defect layers were investigated. It is found that optical transmittance of 1D-MPCs was temperature independent and 1D-MPC with Bi, Gd, and Al-substituted YIG films had compensation temperature of Faraday rotation ≈ 30 K.
