It can be stated that the creation of favorable environmental conditions for the formation of the overall environmental situation plays an extremely important role in solving the problems of environmental protection of public health. In this regard, it seems necessary to formulate a certain proactive atmosphere that would create the appropriate conditions for the activities of the relevant structures.
