The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Location and Subjects This research was conducted at SDN 1 Pengadilan and SDN Sindanggalih Tasikmalaya City. Meanwhile, the subject of research is policy in the form of regulatory documents that have been issued by policy makers. Data collection techniques in this study, carried out in several ways, namely; interview, observation, literature study, triangulation and member check. The results showed that the planning for USBN PAI at SDN 1 Pengadilan and SDN Sindanggalih had followed the provisions set out in standard operating procedures (POS) for USBN PAI. The implementation of USBN PAI in Tasikmalaya City has followed POS. The conclusion of this study is that SDN 1 Pengadilan and SDN Sindanggalih have implemented USBN PAI from the planning, implementation of the evaluation in accordance with the procedures set by POS USBN PAI. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of evaluation in realizing the quality of education.
