Abstract
The driver model occupies an indispensable position in the study of intelligent vehicle and vehicle handling stability. In this paper, a fuzzy PID driver model for pure electric vehicle was established. By using MATLAB/Simulink and the whole vehicle model in Carsim, a joint simulation model was build.
