Abstract

This paper describes the current technical solution of insulating oil filtration during transformers installation in ultra-high voltage(UHV) substation projects, and analyzes the main existing problems of above solution. Then a fully sealed intelligent insulating oil filtration system of main transformers for UHV substation projects is proposed and developed. One project pilot is implemented to verify the effectiveness of proposed system and the system is verified to be effective in improving construction efficiency, reducing construction risks and guarantee quality of insulating oil filtration.
