By cultivating esprit de corps, we as leaders and clinicians have the opportunity to help colleagues experience meaningful work each and every day. The creation of esprit de corps has the potential to make a difference on a broad scale, with lasting impact for patients, health care professionals, leaders, organizations, and the communities we serve.
