The main objectives of the study were to examine the impact of work life balance and job performance on life satisfaction among Police Officers of two districts Attock and Rawalpindi on the basis of demographic variables like, gender, marital status, districts and designation. Purposive sampling technique was used to collect data. The sample comprised of 150 Police Officers (50 females and 100 male) had been taken from two districts of Punjab province. Correlation, t-test and regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses. Results of correlation analysis showed that job performance, life satisfaction and work life balance were positively correlated with each other. Results of regression analysis showed that work life balance and job performance were significant predictors of life satisfaction. ttest indicated significant difference among male and female police officers on job performance. A significant difference with respect to designation of police officers on life satisfaction declared that high designated police officers scored higher on life satisfaction than low designated police officers, while non-significant difference was shown among single and married police officers on study variables. Further significant differences with respect to districts of Punjab Police Officers on work life balance, job performance and life satisfaction were obtained.
