This paper investigated in vocational college English learners' autonomous learning ability, found that autonomous learning abilities have a direct impact on online learning effect, and vocational colleges English learners' autonomous learning ability is in a medium level, or it can be understood as a medium level is bottleneck in the development of their autonomous learning ability. The main reason for this result is that learners' ability to use English learning strategies is relatively weak. This paper also puts forward some countermeasures in order to improve learners' autonomous learning ability. Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology in recent years, learning and teaching approaches are facing profound changes. Online teaching is a kind of teaching means that makes use of network means and resources to make teachers and students can realize remote communication and achieve teaching effect. 基于网络教学模式的英语学习者自主学习能力分析
近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展,学与教的方式正面临着深刻的变化。在线教学是利用网络手段和资源,使教师和学生能够实现远程交流,达到教学效果的一种教学手段。它具有教学资源丰富、形式灵活、突破时间和空间限制等优点,正在成为教育界广泛使用的教学手段。越来越多的人使用腾讯课堂、钉钉、学学通等比较完善的网络教学平台来实现网络教学。本文对高职英语学习者的自主学习能力进行了调查,发现自主学习能力直接影响在线学习效果,而高职英语学习者的自主学习能力处于中等水平,或者可以理解为中等水平是其自主学习能力发展的瓶颈。造成这一结果的主要原因是学习者使用英语学习策略的能力相对较弱。本文还提出了提高学习者自主学习能力的对策。同时,对高职英语教师如何培养学生自主学习能力提出了建议。
